A little help for sick days

This past week my son and I have been fighting head colds and just over the past day or two he has contracted hand, foot and mouth disease.  He has been a trooper through it all but we have had a couple of rough nights.

My poor baby, and that rash around his mouth is not the worst of it :(
We have been giving him acetaminophen and ibuprofen to try to keep him comfortable.  But between being up most of the night with the kids and my own cold, it was becoming difficult to remember when Levi's last dose was and which medicine he needed to take next.  Being the nerd that I am, I decided to come up with a spreadsheet to help me keep track of it all.  I also know that I am not the only one out there in a sleepless haze so I also decided to share this spreadsheet with you as a free printable.

The sheet is set up so that there are two schedules per page.  There is a space at the top of the page for the child's name, but it doesn't necessarily need to be used just for children (it would be great for yourself or your pets as well).  There is a column for the date, the time (with the option to just circle am or pm), the name of the medicine and the amount given.  I have been keeping our sheet right with the medicine so that I remember to write each dose down.

If you can't see the spreadsheet above, please click here.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.
